This year, the IGNITE Challenge will focus on empowering refugees and addressing their livelihood needs. Selected ventures will have access to up to $25,000 in grant funding, 5-month tailored technical support with experts, networking opportunities and access to events, access to market and industry resources, and exposure to potential investors and funding opportunities

develoPPP Ventures program supports young companies with business models that improve living conditions in developing or emerging countries and are ready to scale up. With a matching-funds model, the program provides a grant of 100,000 euros for suitable growth investments.

The AfriCircular Innovators Programme is a pivotal initiative for advancing Africa’s circular economy. The programme plays a key role in invigorating the economic vitality of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) a foundational pillars of Africa’s economy, constituting approximately 80% of its business landscape.

The program empowers young agripreneurs with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in agribusiness and positions them as catalysts for change and innovation through tailored coaching, mentoring, leadership development, access to networks and funding opportunities.

The Ireme Invest Circular Economy Programme is designed to support entrepreneurs and businesses that are working to develop and implement circular economy solutions in Rwanda.

The Validate.global program assists international entrepreneurs and innovatiors tackling the UN SDGs to explore new business and impact opportunities in new markets.

The IGNITE Food Systems Challenge supports the scaling of innovative Startups, MSMEs, and cooperatives with commercially viable solutions to address gaps in the food system.

The IGNITE Food Systems Challenge is an initiative to support Rwandan start-ups, SMEs and cooperatives to scale up their solutions, contributing to the economy while creating a positive social impact by addressing different gaps in the food system.

The Circular Economy Acceleration Program is a program to support startups or companies to become more sustainable. The program is designed to leverage Circular Economy principles in supporting startups or companies to identify and capture new opportunities in their product or service lifecycle that will ultimately lead to the sustainable growth of their circular businesses.

The lab of tomorrow (lot) is an open innovation process that aims to tackle challenges related to the food system in Rwanda. It brings together key stakeholders to cocreate sustainable entrepreneurial solutions that enhance resilience and improve the lives of the local population.
