Use 34 KN 41 St, 3rd Floor, The Office Building, Kigali as your official business address — for correspondence, registration, and professional documentation, including with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).

Mail & package handling

Receive mail and packages at our address. We notify you as soon as something arrives — you collect at your convenience. All mail must be lawful, clear, and traceable.

5 days meeting space access per year

When you need to be here in person — for a client meeting, a workshop, or a focused working day — you have 5 physical days included in your membership. Booking required in advance.

The Virtual Office Membership grants you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our address and services. It does not create a lease, sublease, or tenancy, and does not imply physical presence at IH Kigali.

Your data is protected

Your information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. IH Kigali will not disclose your data without prior consent unless required by law.

Professional use only

The address must be used responsibly and for lawful business purposes only. It may not be used for fraudulent, misleading, or non-business purposes. IH Kigali reserves the right to terminate the membership if these terms are breached.

Governed by Rwandan law

This membership is governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Kigali.
