develoPPP Ventures is a programme designed to empower young businesses with innovative models that generate positive social or environmental impact in Rwanda and beyond. The initiative provides selected startups with non-dilutive capital of up to EUR 100,000 in a matching-funds format, enabling them to co-finance strategic investments that fuel growth and scalability.
Funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the program is being implemented by DEG Impulse in partnership with VC4A and Impact Hub Kigali. Through this collaboration, develoPPP Ventures offers both financial support and tailored technical assistance, helping startups enhance their capabilities and expand sustainably while contributing to positive social change.
