Through the Generation Africa Fellowship Program, Impact Hub Kigali offers tailored coaching and mentoring to empower the next generation of youth agripreneurs. Our goal is to foster personal and professional growth by focusing on leadership development, strategic coaching, funding opportunities, and access to valuable networks.
By equipping these young innovators with the tools they need, we help them advance their ventures and play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable agricultural development across Africa.
Key Programme Milestones
Peer to Peer Sessions
Ventures took part in two peer-to-peer sessions, fostering collaboration and the exchange of best practices. The second session specifically focused on investment readiness, allowing participants to refine their strategies.
MasterClasses
The program included sessions on Leadership Training, where participants explored the difference between leadership and management, with a focus on how visionary direction guides teams. In the Investment Readiness session, participants expanded their understanding of investment preparation, gaining practical tools, best practices, and insights to help them secure future investments.
Webinars
Ventures joined a webinar on Regional Market Exploration, which stressed the importance of partnerships to optimize business operations and scale effectively.
Industry Site Visits
Participants explored key aspects of the agricultural value chain through an industry site visit at the Bayer operations site in Tanzania. This experience offered invaluable insights into industry practices and the complexities of the agriculture sector.
